I was playing around with Yahoo Pipes, and created this feed:

http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?_id=UMViT1Q73hGADMZeP27D0g&_render...

This will return the last 100 changelog entries from any of the Mercurial branches published at http://metanav.uninett.no/hg/ . As a small bonus, the branch location (e.g. series/3.5.x) will be prepended to the item titles.
