It would be helpful if you provided the exact error message you got.
I then tried the same prosedure again, but this time I got "red light" on all
devices, even though the list was the same. I then tried adding one of the
devices manually, but I got "IP already exists in database". I can't see the
new IP devices in my list. Have these new IP devices been added, but are
"invisible" for me in the GUI? How do I solve this?
Which list are we talking about? Where in the interface are you
expecting to see the list of IP devices?
If you go to Toolbox -> Edit Database -> IP devices Edit, can you see
your devices there?
