We have a Cisco Nexus 5548 where we have removed one of the Fex modules. This is still listed under Chassis and marked as Down.
How do I remove it completely?

Same as deleting modules: Tick the checkbox of the associated alert in the status tool, and choose the "Delete module or chassis" action from the dropdown.
