We now not the directory structure seems for the cam, arp folders is now / api/1/arp, whereas on the 4.4.3 box it was /api/arp.

Both should work. We're versioning the API so that if you want a specific version of the API you can do that (with the /api/1/ in this instance). Any destructive changes will then be implemented in a new version of the API. /api/ will always point to the latest version of the api.
