Hi,
on request from Uninett I have created a dummy package, nav-deps. The intention with this package is to provide an empty package with the same dependencies as the nav-package. It also have the following symlinks for convenience:
/etc/nav -> /usr/local/nav/etc /usr/sbin/nav -> /usr/local/nav/bin/nav /var/log/nav -> /usr/local/nav/log
The package [1] is available if you have the following line in your /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://pkg-nav.alioth.debian.org/debian etch local
Happy hacking! :)

Changed the last symlink to /usr/local/nav/var/log. Thanks to Stein Magnus Jodal for his to cents. :)

Hi, I have NAV 3.2.2 installed on SLES 10.
After quite some work I'm now at a point where I have two major issues (two posts) and I'm a bit stuck.
1. Everything but the <alertengine> is starting.
See output below. Any idea about the error messages?
Thanks a lot for your help in advance \Johan
