There was a problem with the BerkleyDB-files on the subversion
(they're holding all the metadata for subversion). It should be fixed
by now, tho.
Try again and see if the problem still occurs?

We should consider switching to the FSFS (plain text files) storage format for
subversion to avoid any chance of DB corruption. This format has also been
made the default in the latest subversion release due to the problems users
have experienced with BerkleyDB.
