we have nav for monitoring, for our dell switche in use. and it is a great software. but we can't see all informations. Can you send me instructions to add mib-files in nav? or is it too complicate?

I'm sorry to say that adding MIB files will not magically make NAV able to poll and understand more information from your devices.
Could you please be more specific about which information you are missing from NAV today? With that as a starting point, we would be better equipped to help you out.
