I am getting sms alerts to a phone that I have removed from the active alert profile in NAV. I did have this number there earlier, but I removed it several days ago. The new phone numbers added in the alert profiles aren't getting any alerts, this is also the case with the e-mail address I have added. It seems like NAV is using my old alert profile to send out the alerts. Is it any way to "update" this, so that NAV uses the current phone numbers in the profile instead of the old number?

This does not sound reasonable. You removed the phone number and the mail addresses from the "My addresses" list, right?
And you can confirm that they have been replaced from the subscriptions in the time periods of your active profile, right?
Are you sure the same phone number/mail address has not been used in another user's profile?
Are the alerts you are receiving on the wrong phone/email address current alerts, or old ones?
