A turnkey virtual appliance with NAV 4.0b1, based on Debian 7.3 Wheezy, is now available for download from our web pages, see [1].

We hope that this will enable more of you to test the beta version. To migrate some or all of your production data (RRD-based statistics excluded) to a beta deployment, please read the instructions at [2].

Feedback on the migration process and documentation is most welcome. Any and all bug reports are, as usual, welcome at [3].

For those interested in the procedure used to install NAV 4.0 and configure/integrate Graphite, the main shell script we use to automate the provisioning of the virtual appliance can be found at [4].
