If you want to enable snmp on your device, here’s a free tool which I have used it many years. https://www.paessler.com/tools/snmptester test it before you adding it into your system, really easy to use. In light of what Espen and Bruce are writing, did you check SNMP connectivity to your SG500 when setting the SNMP community in SeedDB?
