Hei

Dear Ex Libris community colleagues,
Our apologies for the cross-postings!
The ELUNA/IGeLU Autoholdings Task Force, wants to remind you that our community survey focused on autoholdings practices in Ex Libris products is still open. The goal of this survey is to better understand how libraries are currently using (or choosing not to use) autoholdings, identify common challenges, and learn what improvements or changes would have the greatest impact. Your responses will directly inform the Task Force’s priorities and guide our ongoing discussions with Ex Libris.
In the first two weeks, we have received 181 responses to the survey! Join your colleagues and take this opportunity to make your voice heard.
Survey timeline The survey will be open through next Monday, April 13th.
Who should respond We welcome input from anyone in the Ex Libris community who works with autoholdings, has chosen not to use them, has experienced challenges, or is beginning to explore their use. Multiple respondents from the same institution are permitted.

The survey should take approximately 10–20 minutes to complete and is confidential. We will only share your name and email with Ex Libris upon consent. All responses will be anonymized and reviewed and used to help shape recommendations and next steps for the Task Force.
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience and perspective. We greatly appreciate your time and participation, and we look forward to sharing insights from the survey with the community in May and June.
Best regards,
Laurel Baker Co‑chair, ELUNA/IGeLU Autoholdings Task Force Specialist, Library Discovery & E‑Resources University of Nevada, Reno
