I installed and configured everything. When I run "/usr/local/nav/bin/nav start" it compains about the encoding on line 2 of the file.
/SyntaxError: no codec search functions registered: can't find encoding"
/Any help will be appreciated.

Which UNIX distribution and Python distribution/version are you using?
