This is due to the fact that NAV has been unable to identify all these instances of VLAN 200 as being the same broadcast domain (as NAV allows for the re-use of VLAN numbers for broadcast domains across locations).
Normally. this would be because the support port description conventions aren't used, see [1].
However, after NAV gained support for fetching vlan names also from layer 2 devices (i.e. directly from Q-BRIDGE-MIB), something happened that made this logic get even more complicated, and I suspect it's not entirely up to snuff. I think [2] could do with a good code review.
