Looks like a problem with loading or running the Javascript code on that page. Are you able to enable the web developer tools in your browser? If you navigate to the network tab there, you should be able to see whether any background requests are failing - if they are, which ones, and what are the HTTP response codes? -- Morten Brekkevold Uninett
