Start automatically NAV services

Hi, Some NAV services don't start automatically (like "ipdevpoll") when my NAV server starts. I have to do it manually with the command "nav start ipdevpoll", and so on for each service not started. Do you know how can I make them start automatically ? Thank you very much :) Cédric.
