Yes we do, as we are increasingly deploying Juniper equipment in our own endeavours.
However, since Juniper does not allow switch configuration through SNMP write operations, NETCONF support is needed. We're working on this.
The next NAV feature release will focus mostly on supporting Python 3, but also includes the model changes needed to support configuration of other management protocols than SNMP v1 and v2c.
The basic issue of initial NETCONF support is registered at https://github.com/Uninett/nav/issues/1176 (although, I see it could use some updates).
