[Nav-users] Installation of NAV 3.0.0 on CentOS 4.1

I have reworked the installation description for NAV 3.0.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS Update 1 (phew, long name...) to include installing on CentOS 4.1. CentOS is a free version of RHEL and can be found here: http://www.centos.org/ I have also updated some of the packages to newer versions, most notably Java from 1.4.2 to 1.5.0 (after a recommendation from Kristian Eide) and Tomcat from 5.0.28 to 5.5.12.
