Not currently, no.
All alerts have a severity and a "value". These were always ill defined. A previous incarnation of the event engine did actually modify the severity value according to hardcoded rules, but this was never documented in any meaningful way (these were of the type "boxDown is always severity 80, but deduct 50% of that value if it is turned into a boxShadow alert").
Unfortunately, there has never been an initiative to clean up and utilize these alert attributes, so they have stayed on the default values for years.
If anyone would like to propose a system to define and interpret these values, to generate some discussion about it, we would be glad to implement a solution :-)
