Changing Link Capacities Netmap

Hello, I have sort of a different question. Here a bit of context: We currently have 17 sites throughout our school district. All of these have a 1Gbps uplink to our main district office. However, most of these sites are throttled at 100 Mbps. Of course NAV sees these links at 1 Gbps. The issue that I have is when viewing our network topology through Netmap it shows bandwidth usage based on 1 Gbps. However, the sites run at 1/10 the actual link capacity. Is there a way to 'change' Netmap to show bandwidth usage based on a different threshold? Thank you William Daly
