New version of the Debian package

      Hi.

Last week I updated the Debian package living on Alioth [1]. The
changelog is as follows:

 [ Morten Brekkevold ]
 * Verify that pid files exist before HUPing in logrotate config.

 [ Morten Werner Forsbring ]
 * Adjusted init-script to not fail if 'nav stop' fails (happens
   sometime during configure). Thanks to Morten Brekkevold for reporting
   this.
 * Increase some debconfig priorities (those regarding automatic
   database stuff).
 * Updated README.Debian (the PostgreSQL-section was outdated). Thanks
   to Vidar Stokkenes and Morten Brekkevold for comments.
