[Nav-users] Problems with getDeviceData

I also have a problem with a wsc5505. I have 3 5000-series Cisco switches, two wsc5505 and one wsc5000. One wsc5505 and the wsc5000 run CatOS 5.5(20) and seems to work well. The other wsc5505 run CatOS 5.5(14) and that one gives me problems with the new RC2. It found the modules/ports and sw/hw versions in RC1. Here is the last lines in the getDeviceData.log file: Aug 09 09:28:41 2005 secretname-sw.hsh.no_03 QUERY_NETBOX_T03-6-RUN TimeoutException: Too many timeouts, giving up

It seems there is some problem getting SNMP data from the device. You are sure the community string is correct? Upgrading the firmware might also help.
