gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys CE8E05E8 WONT WORKS

Trying to install public key with the command (I followed the instructions from https://nav.uninett.no/nav_on_debian) gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys CE8E05E8 get the error: gpg: requesting key CE8E05E8 from hkp server keys.gnupg.net gpg: keyserver timed out gpg: keyserver receive failed: keyserver error Any suggestion to resolve?
