Greetings!

For months I've been procrastinating, but now I've finally gotten around to fixing it.

Public subscription to the NAV developers' mailing list (nav-dev@itea.ntnu.no) has been enabled, whereas it was previously moderated.

The list archives have been purged, because:

1. They were in Norwegian, which is useless to many. 2. Sensitive information may have been posted on the list, since membership was granted only to a select few within the Norwegian higher education community.

I hereby welcome anyone interested in NAV development discussions, and in participating in NAV development to subscribe at http://mailman.itea.ntnu.no/mailman/listinfo/nav-dev :-)

(Oh, and the preferred list language is now, of course, English)
