NAV 3.5.1 is now available for download at Launchpad:

This is the first bugfix release of the 3.5 series; 23 reported bugs
are fixed, details can be found in the changelog attached to this
message.
The most serious issues were that under certain conditions, alerts
would be sent outside the configured timeperiods, or duplicate alerts
would be sent, and there were crashes in the new ipdevinfo and
useradmin tools related to organizations and rooms with spaces or
dashes in their names.
One change to the INSTALL documentation deserves mention: To be able
to receive alerts via Jabber, the python module xmpp must be
installed.
Binary packages for Debian will be available as soon as possible. The
Debian package is maintained by Morten Werner Forsbring, on commission
