I would recommend you use the #nav IRC channel on Freenode. All the developers and several users are active in that channel.

Caveat: Although some of our interns may be active in #nav 24/7, most of us are only active during working hours, 8-16 CEST. If you're in Brazil, I think the time difference during daylight saving time is about 5 hours.
