No, but I'm sure the wheezy-package could be easily ported. The sources are available if you add a "deb-src" entry for our repository. Just do a `apt-get update` followed by `apt-get source nav` in the directory you would like to unpack it.
Source of the package is also version controlled using Mercurial, and hosted on Bitbucket here: https://bitbucket.org/mbrekkevold/nav-debian
