Now, a lot looks nice. Graphs display fine, but we have problems with Netmap, which is empty.

For the router e.g. the "Ports" tab is missing info about "To Device" and "To Port". "Port details" do not provide any options for "Two IP device".

Did you read https://nav.readthedocs.io/en/latest/howto/debugging-topology.html ?
