Right now, I'm looking at a Foundry FES X424. It's a version of the I see 39 SNMP OIDs listed. They are:
All the info you gave me looks good and at least ports 1-7 and 24 (uplink I assume) should show up. Can you grep the getDeviceData.log file for 'dbfesx424-uunet3.be.weather.com' and give me the output, as well as any messages in the getDeviceData-stderr.log file?
Hopefully this will give an indication on why the ports are not showing up.
