No. Managed switches _will_ have a "router port", i.e. a port that has an IP address and a prefix. Because the device is just SW, the port is not considered a router port for that prefix, for the purposes of topology (although it may be referred to as a gwport in some parts of the user interface).
Would be nice if you can fix the "bug" in some upcoming versions.
