We are mainly using Juniper EX4200, EX 3200 and EX2200 switches. Our Juniper EX4200 switches are set up as virtual chassis (stacked switches), and they all have the same ip address. The problem is that the switches, although they are in the same chassis, they are placed in different “rooms” a ring around our campus acting as distribution switches.

It looks like I only can add a ip address once Is there a way to add the other MMACOR01 switches so I can see them, even if they have the same IP?
An IP device in NAV is singularly identified by its IP address, so no. In your case, your virtual-chassis is your IP Device; the individual physical chassis that comprise it are not.
Normally, your physical chassis would be listed individually as parts of the IP Device, but Juniper has poor/no support for ENTITY-MIB, and NAV has poor/no support for Juniper's proprietary hardware MIBs.
Regardless of whether NAV had more support for Juniper (which we plan to add, since we are increasingly becoming a Juniper shop ourselves), NAV does not currently have any means to indicate separate physical locations for individual parts of an IP Device, so it still could not map what you want.
I.e., there's still work for those who want NAV to be more aware of the modern network paradigms :)
