Did you create and associate a write-enabled SNMP management profile with it?
Yes there is. I'm using NAV with approximately 100 switches (with HP and CISCO Legacy switches) and all works without problems. I only have problems with this new type CISCO switches CBS-350.
I use ProxyAdmin to configure the port, I don’t receive any error, simply there is no option, all is disabled, I cannot change Enabled status, Port description nor VLAN.
Do you think that is possible to integrate the CBS350 into NAV?

Is there something that I can do to enable port configuration on this switch type ?
Did you create and associate a write-enabled SNMP management profile with it? Did you try to use PortAdmin to configure it? Were there any errors?
Also, PortAdmin will likely select a Cisco-specific back-end for your SMB devices - but as demonstrated by your previous posts, it seems it doesn't actually use the Cisco-proprietary MIBs that other Cisco switches would, so this backend might not work for you...
