I'll ask around internally, but I cannot immediately recall any such papers that aren't already linked up through the NAV web pages. However:
1. The ancient project reports from early NAV development at NTNU are published in the NAV Wiki, but I see now that the links are currently dead. I shall have to fix those after writing this: https://nav.uninett.no/wiki/navprojects
2. Both I and others have given NAV presentations at various conferences over the years (mostly related to NREN activities in Norway, the Nordics and/or Europe). Some of these have been recorded, but we have not spent any time curating a link collection here, unfortunately. Google might be your friend here, though.
