This seems to indicate an OID was found below the one in question (i.e. 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1.<something>) as getnext is true.
As short term solution I've removed tempInlet from the database
A much better solution is to remove the record from the netboxsnmpoid table as it otherwise will remove the OID for all devices.
