Yes, you can set the description field on the router interface which NAV will then interpret. Unfortunately the only doc I can find here is in Norwegian:

Do we have an English version of this document? The short version is that the router description should be:

link,$to_router[,$comment,$vlan]

"$to_router" should be dns name of router? This name which is used in NAV for box?
