Hello,
i changed some line cards in one of our devices. Is it possible to refresh the inventory of that device so that I can see the new ports?
Cheers Mathias
Hello Mathias,
/usr/lib/nav/ipdevpolld -J inventory -n netboxname should do the trick.

Hello Aarón,
Thank you for your reply. OK, now I got the new linecard in my inventory. But there is still the old one in the system.
I think I need a command, to delete the linecard(ports)
Cheers Mathias

You should have an unresolved alert for the missing linecard/module in the status tool. Use the status tool action menu to delete the deliberately removed module.
(There is also the more legacy route of checking the "Delete module" tab in the Device History tool).
