I guess the closest thing is this HOWTO guide, which demonstrates how to implement support for a new type of environment probe device:

This is just one specific use of new MIB information, though.

That depends entirely on what you want to achieve. Including a MIB doesn't do much - you still need to write the code that sends queries based on the MIB definition and interprets the responses to it.
Your attachment seems to be a large XML file that I'm not sure what I would do with.
Also, I'm curious how TENDA is a "spam VENDOR"? :-)
