We are considering yanking the whole release of NAV 4.7.0, because of a serious (but easily fixable) bug that prevents most NAV components from starting up.
The problem was not discovered by our integration test suite, and only becomes apparent once NAV is packaged or fully installed.
A new Debian package has been pushed, version 4.7.0-2, which mitigates the problem for Debian users.
For those who are installing NAV from source, the problem remains. We will look at it tomorrow, and likely release a 4.7.1 release as soon as possible, as well as re-evaluating the way our test suite works.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
