Hi
As an inexperienced NAV user - I need some assistance.
Our instance of NAV has filled the hard disk and I wondered if there was a way to delete some records from it.
I would also like to know if there was a way of limiting how much information was stored.
Thanks

Mr. Anderson,
What exactly has filled your hard disk? PostgreSQL? Log files? Which partition is full? Does your server use a single partition for everything? Which OS/distribution are you using? Did you install NAV from source, or by using a package management system?
NAV does provide ways to prune old CAM and ARP log entries, as those are the log tables that usually grow large in an installation. Yet, this often takes quite a while, so it would be interesting to know the capacity of your drive and how long you have been running NAV on this server.
