We are trying to install NAV at H?gskolen i Troms?. Most of it is running properly. We have fixed what errors we could find. We are running NAV 2.1.3
We are still having a problem getting the Nettkart to show something.
I still have a lot of errors when I run kilde2db.pl. Here is an example:

Would the above stop Nettkart from showing? Do we need to put anything in vlan.txt?
Kart does work when viewing a single SW under Rapportgenerator. Kart will hang when viewing a single GW under Rapportgenerator.

1) At what address can I find your NAV installation? 2) If you allow us to get web-access we can debug mor for ourselved:
1) Legg inn i /usr/local/nav/local/etc/htpasswd/stat_user: beta:pWlDCZ3VAn14w:Test bruker:nav:intern 2) og kj?r /usr/local/nav/navme/bin/mk.htpasswd.pl

Could be that tomcat is not running. From the user doc:
"If you let the installer take care of installation and configuration of Tomcat, you will find the startup.sh and shutdown.sh scripts for Tomcat under /usr/local/jakarta-tomcat-3.3.1/bin"

gwporter.pl should chop the string in question and only insert the first 30 characters.

Do we need to put anything in vlan.txt?
no. But it is useful in termes of seeing the external uplink on the top-level "nettkart". See the bottom of http://metanav.ntnu.no/v2/admindok/advanced.html
