Hello !
The solution is quite simple - copy the .nav file from $NAV/doc/cricket/cricket-config/router-interfaces-snmpv1-and-giga/ to giga-router-interfaces. Run makecricketconfig.pl.
The vlanXXX have now the correct description field, all physical interfaces eg gigabitethernet3_6 or fastethernet7_4 have still the "No description available".
Any clue ?

Hm, try to edit the .navfile and do the following: In the "descr"-tag, remove everything in the sql-query after gwportid=$id.
