Maybe there should be some live-cd with preinstalled NAV, what You think? An another suggestion is to make an nav-vmware-installation, and those that not have Workstation/GSX/ESX can use vmware-player(freeware)

That is actually an excellent idea. It would make it super-simple to get NAV up and running on almost any x86 computer (even windows!), and installing it for real would be a simple matter of copying all the files on the VMWare partition onto a real partition.

It should also not be much work to do. Does ITEA have a VMWare license?
