ATM-interfaces are correctly discovered in NAV - in "router ports report" I can see them with almost all informations but "Vlan number". Is there ANY way to make NAV see ATM-point-to-point connections?
Yes, you can set the description field on the router interface which NAV will then interpret. Unfortunately the only doc I can find here is in Norwegian:
http://metanav.ntnu.no/v2/admindok/navrunkonv.html
Do we have an English version of this document? The short version is that the router description should be:
link,$to_router[,$comment,$vlan]
I have my descriptions in this format, but still no desc. for routers interfaces in cricket.
And more, some switches (nothing special, typical 2900 with atm interface) are properly recognized in NAV, but in Cricket can't see interfaces, only CPU. This switches have both - Ethernet and ATM interfaces...
So, question is - what is the best way to debug cricket problems? I changed /usr/local/nav/bin/makecricketconfig.pl and put it into debug mode, but I don't know what to search...
regards and thanks for answer...

If Cricket is the only problem and the interfaces are otherwise shown correctly in NAV then this is a question for John-Magne I think.
I'm sorry for confusing You, I just mixed two topics...
So, back to main topic from subject:
You said that if I will use this format in router int. descriptions: link,$to_router[,$comment,$vlan] NAV should detect ATM links, and I should see them in Traffic Map?
Please tell me which error log should I view to check this process, because this is not working...
Thank You
