postgresql will not allow connections from software/script after
ip-change, I cannot figure out why.
If I manually connect to postgresql it works fine.
Here are to two transcripts from software output and from terminal
output.

Is the server running on host localhost and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
Does anybody have an idea of why this is happening?
Thanx in advance.
