[Nav-users] Newbie Problem loading NAV on CentOS 4.4

I just could not see how the installation could proceed without being logged in as root and your response has provide both the rational for the local user creation, and a good approach to completing the install away from the server room. To answer your last question.. I am using the "InstallingOnRHEL4 for v3.1" with the edits by Morten Brekkevold;
