no, i'm running suse.
i had the same error, but it was unrelated to python, it was just
becouse tomcat4 was not running.
well, i checked tomcat status and it's running...not sure what to do/check
next...

I have found out that I can't have a value in the rocommunity field. That
means I can only add SRV or OTHER ip devices. The application kind of misses
a key feature without switches, routers, etc.
I have try'd to insert a switch as OTHER, and changed the values later, but
this gives me the same error as explained before...
Do anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong?
(, or where I could look to find any errors ?)
