Hi,
Not sure since which update, but i am missing all the port details for all my HP 2620 Power Over Ethernet switches type J9625A
I have other normal 2620 (J9623A) switches with no problems, could this related to POE info?
Kind regards,
René
I checked other PoE switches and it seems that those details info are missing aswell.

The closest thing I have access to test is a couple of J9627A. These appear to be functioning just fine with NAV, PoE information and all.
When you say port details are missing, what does that entail? A blank port details page on every port? Or missing ports? Do you have screenshots? Are all the collectors jobs running fine (green dots) for these switches?

Looks like a problem with loading or running the Javascript code on that page. Are you able to enable the web developer tools in your browser? If you navigate to the network tab there, you should be able to see whether any background requests are failing - if they are, which ones, and what are the HTTP response codes?
Hi Morten,
I think you are right. It must have something to do with Internet Explorer. Just tried it with Firefox and there it does show all the details..
At the moment i cannot access the developer tools, but i will try further, it doesnt seem to be an issue with NAV itself.
Thanks for your reply
Kind regards,
René.
